DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY - DELTAWAITE LTD

You can view our current standard and express delivery options and charges below.  Please be aware these are baseline prices for UK mainland addresses and may increase in outlying areas including the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Isles of Scilly.  You can check the delivery rates to your local area by entering your postcode at checkout.

Please note our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays – orders placed at the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

DELIVERY TO UK MAINLAND ADDRESSES

Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) – from £6.70 (£8.04 including VAT).  Our standard delivery option.  Orders over £150 + VAT (£180 including VAT) receive FREE standard delivery.

Saturday Delivery – please contact us for a quote
We can arrange Saturday deliveries for orders placed before 12 noon on Friday – call our office for a quote.

Local Pickup – FREE
You can collect your order in person from our Barrow-in-Furness or Workington trade counters between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. Just bring a copy of your order confirmation handy when you call to collect.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note we are currently unable to offer international shipping.

RETURNS POLICY

Here at Deltawaite we give you 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your goods to return or exchange your purchase.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  If you wish to cancel, return or exchange an order, please first let us know by calling us on 01229 615358 or emailing sales@deltawaite.co.uk.

You are responsible for returning the item within 14 calendar days of cancelling.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the value of your goods within 14 calendar days after receiving them back into our warehouse.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please send any returns to the address below and include a copy or your order confirmation or delivery note, highlighting the reason for your return and if you require an exchange.
