The Petzl M72A TLN OXAN Triact-Lock Oval Steel Carabiner is a high performance, high strength carabiner. The carabiner is designed for use in harsh environments, and is ideal or use when setting up anchors or connecting to metal structures. Can also be used with a CAPTIV positioning bar to favour loading of the carabiner along the major axis. This keeps it integrated with the device, and also limits the risk of it flipping.
The M72A TLN OXAN carabiner is made from high strength steel with a symmetrical, oval shape for optimal positioning. The design allows for easier handling, with a fluid interior design to limit the risk of having a catch point. The keylock system also helps to avoid any involuntary snagging. The TRIACT-LOCK locking system features automatic locking with triple-action gate opening. Tested and certified to EN 362:2004 safety standards.
