The 3M™ PF-602E+ turbo unit features an automatic monitoring feature that checks the unit is operating as designed. It warns the user of low battery and compensates for any changes in filter resistance (i.e. as the filter loads with particulates). The unit has an IP 65 rating with filters and decontamination plugs fitted to the filter and hose ports, making it suitable for cleaning by showering/water spray. The integrated battery is safely enclosed within the turbo unit casing and is rechargeable in-situ.
