Respirex workMaster Dielectric Class 2 Wellington Boots are electrically insulating protective work boots. Designed for use by electricians, engineers and live working up to 17kV. The boots provide high voltage protection of up to 20kV over the complete boot for over 8 hours, and 35kV over the sole for 3 minutes. Arc flash protection (meets the requirements of ASTM F2621-2019 at 40Cal/cm²).
The boots have a seamless construction made from Respirex' proprietary dielectric compound materials. The interior lining is non-wicking knitted nylon with an ergonomic cushioned insole for comfort. An epoxy-coated steel toe cap (tested to 200 Joules) provides protection from impacts. The vulcanised rubber provides 2 to 3 times the wear resistance of conventional soles. It is also cut, oil and fuel resistant, and heat resistant up to 300℃. REACH compliant, EN ISO 20345:2011 tested and certified SB rated with SRC slip resistance.
